Starting as an idea for a better way to provide health care options.
We are accepting new patients who need long term treatment of chronic medical issues such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or asthma, short-term issues like a sprain or urinary tract infection, and weight-loss concerns and need a coordinated approach from a medical professional.
With nearly 25 years' experience, Dr Fox will assess you and create a treatment/prevention plan that's right for you. We understand the importance of educating you on the most effective ways to take care of your body, so that you can heal quickly. Board Certified since 2000, Dr. Fox has the experience and education to provide you medical care focused on you.
Not only will Dr Fox treat your existing conditions, we also work to maximize your prevention strategies. We strive to help you improve your quality of life, achieve your wellness goals, and support your best possible life.
We usually have same-day appointments and a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends. We keep our schedule updated on our website.
Schedule online and complete the registration paperwork so your visit is smooth - focus on feeling better, not feeling your way through a paperwork maze.
Download and fill out new patient paperwork and save some time!
At the time of your visit, we charge a reasonable fee for our services (most visits are around $150, much lower than the average doctor visit) and can provide you with documentation to help get reimbursed by your insurance or have the charges applied to your deductible. Please check out our blog post on cash-based practices to better understand the benefits and actual cost-savings.
When you are sick, dealing with insurance, deductibles and co-pays shouldn't be the first thing on your mind. To help make things easier, we offer financing options through Care Credit in case you don’t have payment available on the day of your visit, including interest free options depending on the amount of the charge. HSA/FSA accepted also.

We are often asked if we accept Medicaid or Medicare or other state insurance plans. We do not accept these insurance plans for payment of your charges at Fox Medical Center. We are considered a Non-participating (non-Par) provider with Medicare which means we do not accept their payment but agree to charge no more than specific amounts for our services based on Medicare fee schedules. As part of our service, we submit the documentation required to reimburse you directly to Medicare. We cannot guarantee you will be reimbursed for these charges however. For state insurance: by law you cannot be reimbursed for charges from a provider you choose to see who does not accept that insurance. Our low visit fees and patient-centered service can make us a better option for medical care regardless of your insurance coverage.
Also, remember the fees paid to Fox Medical Center, as with any medical expenses for which you are not reimbursed, may apply as deductions on your taxes.
Because we are low-overhead practice, we have control over the number of patients we see and the pace that we see them.
If you have a fast issue like a UTI, you could be in and out in 15 minutes.
If you have a few chronic conditions to work on, we can take 30-60 minutes to develop a plan and answer your questions.
We charge a reasonable fee for our services (lower than the average doctor visit) and provide you with documentation to help get reimbursed by your insurance or have the charges applied to your deductible. You will know the fees for the visit as well as additional charges if any, prior to performing any services. You can request a price list through our contact page or call for information on basic charges.
